To bet with the shooter, you must place your bet in an area marked ""Pass Line"", before the new shooter rolls the dice. Each player gets a chance to roll the dice, and the person rolling the dice is the shooter. If you succeed in doing this, the bet will pay and you can make another bet. Craps is the most popular dice game in the Unites States. This is where you place a bet on either the Pass Line or the Don't Pass Line and try to roll a 7 or 11. Before the new shooter rolls the dice on his or her "Come Out" roll, there are a variety of bets that can be made. In other table games someone else is dealing you the cards or spinning the little marble. He keeps a constant watch over the game. Craps is usually played on a large sunken table. The "wrong" player wins when the "right" player loses. You never want to make more than three of these bets at a time, unless you're including a Seven-Up in which case you want to make all of them at once, except for the Field Bet. No matter what stage the game is in, whether on the "Come Out" roll, or in progress, you can jump in immediately and place any bets. A 7 or 11, or natural, on the come out roll wins for a right bettor. Among the best bets are Pass and Come, especially when you take advantage of the associated free odds bets. At the start of a turn a shooter is chosen. The shooter's goal is to pass. The game of Craps can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to make it. At the end of the roll, your winnings and any other bets are added back to your credits, unless that bet is a point bet. You may right-click on a pile of chips to decrease its amount. The Undo button removes all changes made to the table since the last bet. Game play begins when the “shooter”, the player with the dice, throws the dice for the first time. In the simplest form of the game you place a bet on the Pass Line and attempt to roll a seven. Many Craps bets offer very favorable odds to the player, and if you bet wisely, you can keep the house's advantage to a very small percentage (about 0.6% in the best cases) Craps is played by making bets against the casino. After rolling 7, 11, 2, 3 or 12, the Shooter comes out again. Black side up means a new "Come Out" roll is about to take place. Now, no matter what number has been rolled, if the shooter throws the dice so hard that they leave the table, he's said to be Banging the Babysitter, and has to give two of his chips to the youngest female player at the table. Each throw of the dice is called a "roll". While the game does look complex and has its own extensive jargon like ‘boxcars’, ‘hard ways’ and ‘horn bet’ it is a relatively simple game to master. This is called "taking odds". " But if the shooter rolls a 3 or a 9, you lose, unless that 9 is made up of a 4 and a 5 if it's a 6 and a 3 instead, that's a Thunder Monkey, and it pays 3 to 2. The result of the roll determines which bets win or lose. " The object then is to keep rolling the dice until you make that number again. If the current shooter does make his "Point", the dice are returned to him and he then begins the new "Come Out" roll. From here on out, until the “Point Number” or a 7 is rolled, the “shooter” will continue to roll the dice. Craps is the casino dice game. One person, the shooter (who may or may not be betting), rolls two dice. We'll ignore the bad bets completely. After seeing all bets are down, the stickman pushes a few sets of dice to the shooter. Rolling any of these numbers on the "Come Out" roll is called "establishing the "Point". If there aren't any female players at the table, or if the shooter is younger than the oldest female, then he has to make a minimum 5-chip bet and roll with his eyes closed.

What are the rules of behaviour at the craps table? The craps game has rules and etiquette. There is a craps etiquette that players stick to. Place your bet while the dice are in the middle of the table.Have it clear in your mind what bets you are going to place before you actually make them. Players handle the dice with one hand. To change hands you put the dice on the table, let go, then take them with the other hand. The player should hit the wall at the opposite end of the table throwing the dice. A "no roll" is a more controllable short roll. A die or both that left the table are also "no roll". The players aren't allowed to be touched by the dealers, and chips aren't allowed to be handled directly. The dealer takes the cash laid down on the layout and places chips in front of the player. The casino can ask a player to leave the table or the casino for any reason. When offered the dice to shoot, a player may pass the dice to the next player without fear of offending anyone. One player must always be a shooter. He should bet on either the pass line or don't pass line to continue the game. Do tip the dealers. In the US dealers aren't paid much. To tip the dealers the chips are tossed onto the table and it is said "For the dealers" or "For the boys". Placing a bet for the dealers is also common. A bet that is part for the player and part for the dealers is a two-way bet. The the dealers' bet is appreciated, but usually it is smaller than the player's. Changing dice in the middle of a roll is considered bad luck. If one or both dice leave the table, and the shooter doesn't want a new die he should immediately and loudly call "Same Dice!". Food, drinks, cigarettes, and other things shouldn't be held over the table and should remain off the chip rail. Players feel it is bad luck to leave the table after a successful come-out roll. Players' hands should be removed from the table area when the shooter is ready to roll. "Hands high, let 'em fly" or "dice are out, hands high" is often said by the stickman. Coloring up should be done only when the player is preparing to leave the table. It is permitted to color up and then decide to stay for one more round. But coloring up multiple times while at the same table is impolite.
