Any other number becomes the players "point". The game of Craps can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to make it. At this point place another chip below (due South) of your original bet. There are four people actively running the game. If you roll four, five, six, eight, nine or ten instead, a Point is established. Rolling any of these numbers on the "Come Out" roll is called "establishing the "Point". In casino craps, the players place their bets and the casino bank "covers" them. This area is a strip on the table layout and it rims the table directly above the "Pass Line". The casino game of Craps is played with a set of two perfectly balanced dice with each die having six white dots numbered 1 through 6. Any number so rolled is thereafter referred to as the "Point". Before you can play a game of craps you must first place your bets. In the simplest form of the game you place a bet on the Pass Line and attempt to roll a seven. For many types of bets, it can take multiple rolls to determine whether the bet wins or loses. This begins a new series of rolls by that shooter and lasts for as long as that shooter continues to make winning rolls. It now becomes important to mention a device that looks like a hockey puck called the "Puck". When the point has been established, an “ON” puck will be placed on the point. One person, the shooter (who may or may not be betting), rolls two dice. Craps Out: this is when the Shooter rolls a two, three or twelve on the come-out roll. If you lose the dealer will take your chip. If the current shooter does make his "Point", the dice are returned to him and he then begins the new "Come Out" roll. Players stand around a large, sunken table. Depending on the bet placed by the player, the player is either betting with (Don't Pass Line bet) or against (Pass Line bet) the house winning. Once a point has been established you cannot remove your bet from the table. Craps is one of the few truly social games played in modern Casinos, and one of the few played with dice. Online craps is just as exciting and profitable. Once a Point is established, re-rolling the Point wins, seven loses and any other number does not affect the Pass Line bet. It's a fast and exciting game with lots of action. In the simplest game you place a bet on the pass line and attempt to roll a seven. A new game in Craps begins with the ""Come Out"" roll. The shooter does not relinquish the dice. On a Thursday Thunder Monkey you'd get to make an additional bet as long as your first bet was between $2 and $7.50. After the point is rolled the dice will be rolled continuously until the same point is rolled again or a 7. Otherwise, all the other players get to punch you in the face, as well as the stickman, but the stickman can't use his stick on you, unless you've tipped him more than $3. Craps is played on a large sunken table with dice thrown by the shooter. The puck stays on this "Point" until the shooter either makes his "Point" or until he sevens out. Craps is played by making bets against the casino. In the Coming Out phase, the objective is to roll a seven or an eleven, while betting on the Pass Line. If you play as recommended, you'll enjoy a very low house edge of less than 1%. You lose, however, if you roll a seven before making your box point. Craps is a dice game, in which all bets are placed against the house. A player who bets all of these without excluding the Field Bet is called the Big Stinky by the other players and the cocktail waitress will stop serving him at that point, until he rolls a Tiny Rufus followed by a Chocolate Fetus (a 5 and a 6) Most of the other bets at craps are sucker bets, so don't make them. On the other hand a total of 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12 on the come out roll immediately ends the round. While the game does look complex and has its own extensive jargon like ‘boxcars’, ‘hard ways’ and ‘horn bet’ it is a relatively simple game to master. There are quite a number of bets to choose from.

The game of craps has so called ‘smart’ bets, which are easy to define. In comparison with other bets there exist bets with the lower house edge. These are smart strategies.
