Craps Strategies Virtual
This is called "taking odds". The first roll is called the Come Out roll. The inside walls of the table are covered with a serrated egg-carton like foam, designed to make the dice bounce around to assure randomness. The significance of this device is only in tracking the game. If there aren't any female players at the table, or if the shooter is younger than the oldest female, then he has to make a minimum 5-chip bet and roll with his eyes closed. If you roll a 2, 3 or 12 on your first throw, that is called "craps"
and you lose. This is a continuation of that shooter's roll, although technically, the "Come Out" roll identifies a new game about to begin. A player who bets all of these without excluding the Field Bet is called the Big Stinky by the other players and the cocktail waitress will stop serving him at that point, until he rolls a Tiny Rufus followed by a Chocolate Fetus (a 5 and a 6) To bet against the shooter, you must place your bet in an area marked "Don’t Pass". There are two ways to bet on Craps, the "right" way, that is with the dice, or the "wrong" way, against the dice. Players take turn rolling the dice, clockwise around the table, and the player rolling at any given time is called the "shooter". Once the shooter establishes the "Point", the dealer will move this puck to that "Point" number and turn it the white side up. When the puck is moved to the "Don't Come" bar 12 area and turned black side up. We'll cover all this in our lesson on how to play craps. Craps is the casino dice game. Any number so rolled is thereafter referred to as the "Point". " But if the shooter rolls a 3 or a 9, you lose, unless that 9 is made up of a 4 and a 5 if it's a 6 and a 3 instead, that's a Thunder Monkey, and it pays 3 to 2. A "Come Out" roll can be made only when the previous shooter fails to make a winning roll more correctly known as "not making the "Point"" or "seven out". ) Even if you can't find a 0.02% game the typical casino will still offer a 0.6% game, meaning an expected return of 99.4%. The object of Craps is to predict the number displayed on the dice after the dice toss. Rolling any of these numbers on the "Come Out" roll is called "establishing the "Point". It is strongly suggested that you read up about the kinds of bets available in the Types of Bets section. When a new shooter is given the dice, his or her first roll is called the ""Come Out"" roll. A new game then begins with a new shooter. By clicking on a pile of chips you increase it's bet by the denomination of the current chip until there are 10 chips, the pile will then change it's denomination to the next highest chip size. Before you can play a game of craps you must first place your bets. After rolling 7, 11, 2, 3 or 12, the Shooter
comes out again. The so-called "Pass Line" is a strip on the table layout marked by two lines roughly two inches wide and it rims the entire table layout across from the Box Man. White side up over a "Point" indicates the game is in progress and that this box number is the "Point". The Big 6 and Big 8 bets are displayed at the lower left of the screen. Establish a Point: this is when you roll a Point on the come-out roll. There are many betting options available, but you only need to understand a few of them to play the game, have fun and win. The "Pass Line" and Don’t Pass Line" bet are the most common bets to make. The game is played with a pair of dice, which are thrown by the ‘shooter’, a player who is currently holding the dice. It is one of the few truly social games played in modern casinos, and one of the few played with dice. A player can
place Pass-Line bets, and if the initial roll is a 7 or 11, the player wins. If he doesn't roll either of those, then the dice are handed to the next player, who isn't allowed to roll, and so play passes to the next player. After
seeing all bets are down, the stickman pushes a few sets of dice to the shooter. The shooter is the player who is currently holding the dice. Payoffs are made based on the number combination displayed when the dice come to rest. Now, an Exploding Baby is when the same number comes up three times in a row, and the only thing worse than that is a Pregnant Midget. Online craps is just as exciting and profitable. Your wager will only be subtracted from your credits when you click roll. The game is played by tossing the dice from one of the short ends of the table to the other (make sure that both die hit the opposite side wall of the table) The stickman controls the action of the dice and the pace of the game.

What are the rules of behaviour at the craps table? There are craps etiquette rules besides the rules of the game itself. A certain etiquette is sticked to by the players. A bet is placed while the dice are in the middle of the table. Make up your mind what bets to place. Players aren't supposed to handle the dice with more than one hand. To put the dice on the table, let go, then take them with the other hand is the only way to change hands. The dice should hit the wall at the opposite end of the table When they are thrown. A "no roll" is a more controllable short roll. It is also a "no roll" if a die or both dice leave the table. The players aren't allowed to be touched by the dealers, and chips aren't allowed to be handled directly. The dealer takes the cash laid down on the layout and places chips in front of the player. The casino can ask a player to leave the table or the casino for any reason. A player may pass the dice to the next player when offered the dice to shoot. There must always be a shooter. He should bet on either the pass line or don't pass line to continue the game. Do tip the dealers. Dealers in the US don't get paid that much. To tip the dealers the chips are tossed onto the table and it is said "For the dealers" or "For the boys". It is also common to place a bet for the dealers. A two-way bet is one that is part for the player and part for the dealers. Though the the dealers' bet is smaller than the player's bet, it is appreciated. Changing dice in the middle of a roll is considered bad luck. The shooter calls "Same Dice!" if he doesn't want a new die. Food, drinks, cigarettes, and other things shouldn't be held over the table and should remain off the chip rail. Leaving the table after a successful come-out roll is felt to be bad luck. Players' hands should be removed from the table area when the shooter is ready to roll. It is often said by the stickman: "hands high, let 'em fly" or "dice are out, hands high". Preparing to to leave the table the player can do coloring up. It is permitted to color up and then decide to stay for one more round. But coloring up multiple times while at the same table is impolite.
