Craps Tips Game

While the game does look complex and has its own extensive terminology, it is relatively simple to master. In addition to covering every player's bet, the casino-banked craps game offers many other types of proposition bets. Other players may join in and place their own bets. At the end of the roll, your winnings and any other bets are added back to your credits, unless that bet is a point bet. The new shooter will be the person directly next to the left of the previous shooter. It is one of the few truly social games played in modern casinos, and one of the few played with dice.  The Chip Size menu allows you to adjust the size of the increments of your wager. The Repeat button replicates the table's state before the previous bet as closely as is possible given that new points have been established and some betting fields become unavailable. While you are trying to make the point, you can add extra bets to the table. It is an attempt to win a Pass Line bet by rolling 7 or 11. If you're lucky enough to roll Snake Eyes four times in a row, you get a $1-off coupon at the buffet, but if you roll Snake Eyes again after that your 401k will be canceled and your socks will be confiscated. We'll ignore the bad bets completely. Otherwise, all the other players get to punch you in the face, as well as the stickman, but the stickman can't use his stick on you, unless you've tipped him more than $3. If the point is rolled before a 7, the "right" player wins, otherwise the "right" player loses. When the point has been established, an “ON” puck will be placed on the point. " The object then is to keep rolling the dice until you make that number again. Any number so rolled is thereafter referred to as the "Point". Betting that the shooter will make his/her "Point" is called betting "with the shooter" (called "betting right") and betting that the shooter will not make his/her "Point" is called "betting against the shooter" (called "betting wrong") Come-Out Roll: this is any roll before a point is established. The objective is to bet whether the Shooter will roll a winning combination. Now, stay with me here, because here's where it gets complicated: If you make a bet on the Pass Line, then you can't place any other bets except a Field Bet, Hardways, Big 6, Seven-Up, or Double Orange Latte. In the Point phase of the game, the objective is to roll the same number as the Point, before you roll a seven. to get these great odds you have to make only the best bets and avoid the sucker bets. A new game in Craps begins with the ""Come Out"" roll. If he doesn't roll either of those, then the dice are handed to the next player, who isn't allowed to roll, and so play passes to the next player. Game play begins when the “shooter”, the player with the dice, throws the dice for the first time. The Roll button will start a game of Craps by rolling the dice. As soon as it goes to OFF, then put your betting chip on the part of the table marked PASS LINE. Craps is an exciting game with the players all yelling and screaming.

Bank craps is a game played by one or more players against a casino. The casino covers all player bets at a table and sets the odds on its payout. Two dice are rolled by the players in turn. The "shooter" rolls the dice. Bets are made on the shooter's dice rolls by other players at the table. Rounds are played in the game. The first roll of a new round is called the "come-out roll". A shooter bets the the table minimum on either the "Pass" line or the "Don't Pass" line. 5 dice are presented to the shooter by the stickman. He picks two of them. The numbers 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 become the Point if they are rolled, and the come-out roll is over. Rolling is continued until until either the point or a seven is rolled. The pass line wins if the shooter rolls the point. The pass line loses if a seven is rolled. The next player who wishes to become the new shooter gets the dice. A large number of bets for each round or each roll can be made by players. There are four casino employees in a casino craps. The chips are guarded, the dealers are supervised and the coloring out players is handled by a boxman. Two base dealers stand to either side of the boxman and collect and pay bets. Across the table from the boxman a stickman stands. The bets are taken, the results of each roll are announced, the dice are collected and the dealers are directed to pay winners by him. Each employee makes sure the other is paying out winners correctly. The shooter is usually insisted to roll with one hand and that the dice bounce off the far wall of the table by the dealers. These requirements keep the game fair.
Recreational or informal playing of craps outside of a casino is referred to as street craps or private craps. The difference between street and bank craps is that there is no bank in street craps. Players bet against each other, cover or fade each other's bets. If money is used instead of chips street craps is an illegal form of gambling. There are variations of street craps. Betting options offered by street craps are more simplified. The shooter is required to make either a Pass or a Don't Pass bet if he wants to roll the dice. Another player must choose to cover the shooter to create a stake for the game to continue. The person will always bet against the shooter if he covers him. Any bets are made by other players once the shooter is covered and there is a player willing to cover.
