You can get your socks back by rolling two 7's, but the only way to reclaim your 401k is to roll a 2, 3, 4, and 5 in order while the stickman shows you naked pictures of your mom. A "Come Out" roll can be made only when the previous shooter fails to make a winning roll more correctly known as "not making the "Point"" or "seven out". It's unique in that the players roll the dice, so they're the ones who determine whether they win or lose. If you roll a 2, 3 or 12 on your first throw, that is called "craps"
and you lose. The "wrong" player wins when the "right" player loses. So you put a chip on the Pass Line, and then you want the shooter to roll a seven, which is called a Dead Leprechaun, so that's why you'll hear the other players screaming, "Dead Leprechaun, Dead Leprechaun! From here on out, until the “Point Number”
or a 7 is rolled, the “shooter” will continue to roll the dice. The
two dealers on each side of him pay off the winners and "rake" in the
losers' chips. It now becomes important to mention a device that looks like a hockey puck called the "Puck". Craps Out: this is when the Shooter rolls a two, three or twelve on the come-out roll. Black side up means a new "Come Out" roll is about to take place. The bet loses automatically if the shooter rolls 2, 3 or 12. You lose, however, if you roll a seven before making
your box point. The shooter does
not relinquish the dice. In casino craps, the players place their bets and the casino bank
"covers" them. After you've bought chips, look for a big hockey puck on the table that says ON or OFF. If he doesn't roll either of those, then the dice are handed to the next player, who isn't allowed to roll, and so play passes to the next player. A game of Craps can consist of two distinct phases, the Coming Out phase and the Point phase. It probably won't be your turn to roll right away, and if you're still getting used to the game you can pass your turn (unless you're the only one playing, of course) Establishing a "Point" is an event that happens as the immediate result of the "Come Out" roll, unless that "Come Out" roll results in 7, 11, 2, 3 or 12, in which case more rolls must be made until a "Point" is established. If the current shooter does make his "Point", the dice are returned to him and he then begins the new "Come Out" roll. It's a fast and exciting game with lots of action. He keeps a constant watch over the game. When the shooter fails to make his or her "Point", the dice are then offered to the next player for a new "Come Out" roll and the game continues in the same manner. While the game does look complex and has its own extensive terminology, it is relatively simple to master. One person, the shooter (who may or may not be betting), rolls two dice. The Big 6 and Big 8 bets are displayed at the lower left of the screen. To bet against the shooter, you must place your bet in an area marked "Don’t Pass". If it says ON, wait until the dealer turns it to OFF before you place your bet. In the Point phase of the game, the objective is to roll the same number as the Point, before you roll a seven. Now, an Exploding Baby is when the same number comes up three times in a row, and the only thing worse than that is a Pregnant Midget. The game is played in turns. Otherwise, all the other players get to punch you in the face, as well as the stickman, but the stickman can't use his stick on you, unless you've tipped him more than $3. The result of the roll determines which bets win or lose. Your wager will only be subtracted from your credits when you click roll. What you win is the
equivalent amount of chips you have bet on the pass line. To bet with the shooter, you must place your bet in an area marked ""Pass Line"", before the new shooter rolls the dice. (That's two-hundredths of one percent, not two percent! A new game in Craps begins with the ""Come Out"" roll. While the game does look complex and has its own extensive jargon like ‘boxcars’, ‘hard ways’ and ‘horn bet’ it is a relatively simple game to master. Only the numbers 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 can be a point number and all other rolls on the dice have special meanings depending on when they are rolled (before or after a point is established) if the shooter doesn't automatically win or lose on the first roll, then the number becomes the Bastard, and that's why everyone wants to Nail the Bastard by rolling the same number again. It is one of the few truly social games played in modern casinos, and one of the few played with dice.
